ROWING Training Plans
RSR Coaches offer summer, fall and winter training plans. You can find FOUR training plans on the app, ErgZone:
- 2K Plan 6 days per week for 6 weeks - Intermediate/Advanced
- 2K Plan 5 days per week for 6 weeks - Beginner/Intermediate
- 2K Plan 6 days per week for 12 weeks - Intermediate/Advanced
- 30min Erg Test 6 days per week for 8 weeks - Intermediate/Advanced
Just download the app, ErgZone and then you will find the Ready Set Row Training Plans. The app will program a PM5 monitor for you and track all of your workouts!
For those athletes who need additional training/support either because you do not row year round or for those athletes who are playing another sport simultaneously, we work with a few athletes each year with a custom training plan.
