Strength & CORE Coaching
with Carla Nowicki
Power is a critical component of rowing. Strength is required in your legs but especially in your core.
Build up your base and establish an injury prevention regime through strength and core training sessions.
Core training sessions are designed to teach you proper bracing, breathing, and muscular stability for rowing.
During these sessions, expect to learn about all the small muscles and big muscles that help you rotate, keep you in the correct position, and avoid injuries.
You will be given a workout to practice what you learn from this session to repeat and grow from on your own.
Strength & Core sessions are sold in packages of 4 x 30min sessions.
Cost: $400
“I learned a lot! I will definitely be practicing the rest of the season and taking what I learned into college because it was very useful.”
