A VIRTUAL ROWING COMMUNITY COMMITTED TO PERFORMANCE & GROWTH
A community of athletes who are seeking to be the best they can be and the resources to help them achieve this. This includes technical rowing information, rowing strategy resources, mental skill lessons, strength and core, mobility and injury prevention, nutrition and much more!
Our content is aimed at junior athletes (aged 13 and up) and collegiate athletes (of all genders) who are challenged by the lack of access, knowledge, coaching, support and/or mentorship.
You will still row on your “home team” and train with your local teammates; we offer all the other pieces that will increase your performance and growth - for rowers and coxswains.
The RSR Boathouse is open! Join today and you will get access to our library of resources and all of our upcoming live sessions!
We know you are busy! There is no required time commitment. Although there are LIVE coaching sessions, these will be recorded and accessible on the membership site so that you can watch them at your convenience.
We work with you to schedule Office Hours at the times which are convenient for you.
RSR Boathouse is open 24-7 and the other resources are available on demand.
ALWAYS HERE. ALWAYS OPEN.
A coxswain’s entire job is to maintain composure and safe execution under distress - so in short, yes! The RSR Mental Skills are applicable in every component of coxswain training: distress tolerance, high focus, pressure performance, emotional management, resilience and more!
The best coxswains are often former rowers and that is because they learned first hand how to row well and make changes. The technical lessons offered at RSR Boathouse are super helpful for coxswains who want to be a better on the water coach - which is your second priority after safety of the crew and equipment. And the nutrition, core stability and recruiting guidance are all relevant to being a better coxswain.
